2) International Shipping, Is it safe?

We're a registered company in Singapore. We bear legal implications and of course, honouring our word is what we have to do to do business.

Plus, everyone in Cadenza does music, from the webmaster to the storekeeper. (The store is where we rehearse, and the store-keeper doubles up as our gigue-ruan player.) Packing, repairing and even shipping. Its our specialty!

3) How do you keep costs so low?

We don't. These costs are REAL cost. Poor you, in certain countries, where certain people rip others off. These are Chinese Instruments. They aren't cheapskate, but they sure don't usually cost a bomb. You may have the occasional expensive instrument, due to rare materials, rare craftsmanship or even endorsement. EG: The dizis are maestro done up. Both makers have already us a favor by keeping costs low.

However, please do not think that our things are inferior. They are according to specifications. We give the most detailed descriptions to ensure compliance and your satisfaction.

4) How do you select the instruments?

We have specialized members in our team to select instruments. They are either teachers or qualified soloists. So, we are very very confident of our quality instruments.

5) How do you charge for International Shipping?

Firstly, you will have to select country when you buy your instrument. So instead of having to pay uniformed charges, you pa only to send it to where u live. And its by courier service!

If there is excess charge on shipping, we will refund it fully, with YOUR permission, either in Cash (via Paypal) or in Kind (Strings, accessories, or credits)

If you buy in bulk, we could even arrange for better shipping and hence your savings will be higher. Another way is for you to buy strings as you buy instruments, and if we stuff your case with strings you bought, we will refund the shipping you paid for the strings!
